We support children, families, and communities in building the emotional, social, and relational skills needed to grow into responsible, resilient adults and stronger caregivers—together.

Chukie Agbogun
Founder

Coach Mack
Coach Mack is a dedicated professional with over 15 years of experience working for the Office of Children and Family Services. Beginning in the early 2000's, Coach Mack has worked closely with inner-city youth and children from unstable households. After progressing through various roles, he ultimately became the Supervisor of Redirection in the Education Department, where he received his training in therapeutic crisis intervention, and plays a huge role in the school’s Positive Behavior Incentive System (PBIS), equipping students with the skills to grow while effectively supporting and redirecting the youth to make better choices. In addition to his professional work, Coach Mack has been actively volunteering in the community for over 10 years. He has mentored neighborhood youth through flag football, youth basketball, and other community programs, making a positive impact on the lives of children from all cultures and backgrounds.

Nicole M. Legname
Nicole M. Legname possesses a Master of Arts degree in Counseling Psychology and a Certificate of Advanced Study in School Psychology. She is a New York State Certified School Psychologist with over 30 years of experience.
As a dedicated school psychologist, Nicole has worked to support students across various developmental levels. She possesses a strong foundation in child development and behavior therapy. Nicole is committed to providing tailored interventions to address academic challenges, social-emotional difficulties, and mental health concerns. She specializes in social-emotional learning, ADHD, learning disabilities, and trauma-informed care, collaborating closely with students, families, and educators to conduct comprehensive assessments, develop individualized intervention plans, and promote students' academic and social-emotional well-being. Her approach is centered on evidence-based practices, building strong relationships, and empowering students to reach their full potential. As a strong advocate for student mental health, Nicole actively works to destigmatize seeking support and promote positive coping mechanisms among students. She is also highly dedicated to promoting equity in education and utilizes culturally sensitive practices to effectively support diverse student populations.

Sylvester (Sly) Davis-Egbai
Sylvester (Sly) Davis-Egbai is a dedicated and results-driven professional with over 15 years of experience in Accounting/Finance. He brings a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to accuracy and accountability in all aspects of his work. Known for his reliability and proactive approach, Sylvester consistently meets deadlines and contributes effectively in fast-paced environments.
Beyond his professional career, Sylvester has a genuine passion for working with children and takes great interest in helping shape the minds of the leaders of tomorrow. He values mentorship, guidance, and positive influence, and believes in creating supportive environments where young people can learn, grow, and thrive. #OneTeam, OneDream (#OTOD)

Alexis Nuzzi
Alexis is a born and raised resident of Ulster County. She is a mother to five amazing children and caregiver to all, young and old. Alexis joined the One Strike staff in 2024. As a single mother who has been through many struggles, her goal is to help as many families and children as she can, and bring the community together while doing so.
